30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Chinoiserie Golf products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Custom / personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@chinoiseriegolf.com or use our contact form with your order code. We will send return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different color or model, start a return and place a new order — this is the fastest way to get what you want.
